Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders within 3-5 days. Each order is custom-made, so please allow 1-2 days for production before shipping.

Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across India for orders up to Rs.5,000. You can also pay online using UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking.

We offer a 7-day return policy. If you receive a defective product or the print quality is not up to standard, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. Please note that returns for change of mind are not accepted for custom-printed products.

For the best results, use high-resolution images (at least 1000x1000 pixels). Photos taken with modern smartphones are usually sufficient. Avoid heavily compressed or blurry images as they may not print well.
